Patch day madness.  Seems like we can get the most bang for our buck in Fear these days, at least when the servers pop.  So to Fear we go.  After a couple hours of constant trains (a.k.a. "pulling") we finally get a shot at the big guy alone.  I won the Gimp-of-the-Day award yesterday.  In all the organizing and prep I was doing for the raid, I forgot to put the ol' Willsapper in my bag.  Of course in my first 3 combat rounds, I had three proc's and one very angry god on me.  When I finally finished loading, all I saw was Ronald laughing at me.  It was a very quick, very stupid death. Sigh. 

As far as lewtz go, CT dropped the Choker and the Cloak, again.  CT is becoming a deja vu kind of encounter.  Not that we mind.  Please CT, drop 20 more Chokers.  Thx~  Anyway, yesterdays lewtz went to Rhap and Leick.

Draco dropped some nice stuff too.  The Zombie bracer went to Necrath.  And Riell was awarded the ownage belt, the first we've seen on one of our raids:

God damn, Draco is a freakin joke.  Once again the majority of us took ZERO damage.  I still boggle how a belt this nice drops off a poosae mo faka like ol' dragon bones.

That's about it.  The night before we were in Temple of Veeshan, the Notorious T.O.V., playing around with our friend Dozekar the Cacksugger.  We also did some clearing of the halls after.  We only got 3 drops the whole night and all 3 drops were off of one mob.  Kind of odd.  But who am I to question "The Vision"?  We're not doing much today because lots of our members are participating in the guildwar that some folks on The Nameless organized.

The Inny fight is just goofy.  I think we had Saldor tanking 90% of the time.  For those who don't know, Saldor is an enchanter.  Maybe 3 people died.  If that.  Jeddite died because he got thrown back into some mobs that were spawned.  He did the responsible thing and didn't train us.  But if you think about it, what are the odds that a mob on the second floor of Hate could actually path that far?  Anyway, we got some of the typical goofy Inny loot. . .

Inny went down faster than Despie on a Friday night.  Looking for more action (had about 30 minutes before many were logging), we ported to Dreadlands and killed Gorenaire.  There was no real purpose to killing Gorenaire.  Basically, we like killing mobs. . .the bigger the better, and Gore was there.  Plus my twink has been exping in Dreadlands.  Gorenaire can be a pain in the ass.  I think if you asked any one of us tonight why we were killing Gorenaire, the answer would be the same:  Because we can.

Sad part is, Gorenaire put up more of a fight than Ol' Innosuck.  Looking forward to the next few days.  Lots of good stuff planned.

Logged in tonight and found the guild in Fear.  A zone I once loathed is now kind of fun again.  Mostly, we just let Nizzarr train us over and over and the zone gets cleared in record time.  Was the first time we had a chance to see the new Draco.  Ok, WTF?  The new Draco seems like MORE of a Poosae than the old one.  If you wanna nerf something VI, nerf fuggin Draco.  Make that mo faka grow some testicles.  Our clerics finished the fight FM.  I took ZERO damage.  Our taunting warriors took no damage.  Those Golems are more difficult than that joke of a "dragon". . .

So what's the deal with the shield?  Wasn't that the GODLY cloak all the warriors got over the last two weeks?  Did they do a retroactive nerf or are there a bunch of ub3r l33t warriors running around with Blades of Tactics in one hand and their Draco Mistoore Deal in the other?  Hope they had the common sense to not tweak the old shields. 

So we killed CT again.  Was really fun.  Not a single LD so perhaps the server-side filtering does work.  Some reported the same lag but it could have been processor or video card problems.  Either way, we had no LD's.  And that's saying a lot because our CT strategy involves 120 people bind rushing him over and over until he dies.  It's l33t.  I read about it at the Safehouse.  CT dropped that godly, jaw-dropping neck/belt again and it went to Cyni.  He also dropped the cloak which Galiaan now has.

We finished Fear and some of us were bored.  We ran over to Velk's and killed the Freeti Monk, scoring an Icicle Tunic for Arlos.

That was that.  As usual, was a fun night =)
